This service is for patients of Priory Medical Group, York Medical Group and Jorkvik Gillygate Practice. Social welfare issues can have a big impact on health, and vice versa. Our adviser offers free help & advice on a range of issues, including benefits, debt, housing, employment, community care, power of attorney and related matters.
Most patients are referred to this service by GPs and Practice Nurses; or by self-referral via the surgery appointments booking team.
